This tidytips has a daisy flower at the top of a stem, roughly 1-inch diameter. Each flower has four to eight white ray florets and many yellow disk florets. The ray floret petals have two deep notches, making each petal look like three. Pollinated flowers may tinge lavender as they close.

Habit:
White-daisy Tidytips is an annual herb growing in sandy open areas or part shade. Its main is covered with faint hairs and rises eight to twelve inches where I've observed. The narrow leaves are lance-shaped and about one inch long. They attach alternately and directly to the stem.
